Engaging in therapy can bring about many positive changes in one's life. I help clients struggling with depression, anxiety, and a history of trauma to find better ways of dealing with the difficulties in their lives. My approach to therapy integrates various theoretical approaches, grounded in my formal training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In our work together, my goal is to help you feel empathy, validation, and freedom from judgment as we collaboratively work through the challenges you've been facing.

 

I am a registered psychology associate in Maryland completing my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. I am practicing under the supervision of Jon Gorman, PsyD, Licensed Psychologist.
