A small, boutique psychotherapy practice

We are intentionally a small, boutique therapy practice, not a large-scale or high-volume clinic. We’ve chosen this model for two important reasons:

1. Highly trained, carefully selected therapists

We are highly selective about who joins our team. Every therapist at Towson Therapy Group has years of clinical experience prior to joining the practice. All of our clinicians either hold a doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in clinical or counseling psychology or are actively completing their doctoral training. This depth of training and experience sets our practice apart.​

2. Personalized therapy—not a one-size-fits-all approach

We believe effective therapy should be tailored to the individual. From your first phone conversation to your final session, you are treated as a person—not a number on a schedule. Our therapists take time to understand your concerns, history, and goals so that therapy is shaped around what you actually need.

Who we work with

Towson Therapy Group provides therapy for adults (18+). Our therapists work with individuals and couples facing a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Anxiety and chronic stress

  • Depression and low mood

  • Relationship and communication challenges

  • Self-doubt, perfectionism, and identity concerns

  • Life transitions, loss, and major life changes

  • Anxiety or distress about climate change or other current events
