Expertise on the Intersection of Climate Change and Mental Health

Dr. Jon Gorman is a compassionate, relatable therapist, speaker, professor, author, and climate activist. He is a member of the Climate Psychology Alliance of North America and he is listed on the Climate Aware Therapist Directory. He frequently gives talks on the psychological impacts of climate change and what to do about it. Dr. Gorman has developed and taught The Psychology of the Climate Crisis at Loyola University Maryland, one of the first university-level courses of its kind. He has testified in front of the Maryland General Assembly, taught students, therapists, other professionals, and the general public.
