I work with individuals and couples who are ready to step into deeper healing — not just managing symptoms, but truly transforming the patterns that hold them back from becoming the best versions of themselves. I support clients navigating self-esteem challenges, trauma, life transitions, and the search for purpose and connection, helping them become authentic, empowered drivers of their own growth. I create a space where people feel deeply seen, understood and respected, pairing meaningful reflection with humor, warmth, and fun. I feel fortunate to say that I love what I do, and can't wait to join those interested in the therapeutic process of learning and unlearning.
I earned my Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University Maryland and my Bachelors degree in Psychology from Towson University, with a minor in Women and Gender Studies. In addition to my role as a therapist, I offer clinical supervision to clinicians-in-training, teach a course on community outreach and social justice, and conduct independent research on white racial identity and antiracism.
