Summer 2025 Update: We have immediate openings! Contact us now to schedule

My therapeutic approach is warm, empathic, and nonjudgmental. Together, we will collaboratively work towards your important goals. This process will help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the difficulties you face, enabling you to live a life more aligned with your values.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy music, reading, and nature. I enjoy incorporating mindfulness through nature and considering the meaning we glean from music, books, and other art forms to help further your self-understanding and progress towards your goals.

I specialize in helping individuals who face difficulties related to depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and identity. I also assist those experiencing relationship difficulties and individuals seeking to process and regulate their emotions. Furthermore, I have experience working with chronic mental health disorders such as bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.

I earned my Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. I also earned my Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Florida Gulf Coast University.
