Caroline Gamard (she/her), MS
I am a third-year student in the Doctor of Psychology program at Loyola University Maryland. I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology at Duke University and my master’s degree in clinical psychology at Loyola University Maryland. I have experience working with adults with trauma, depression, and anxiety, as well as individuals navigating transitions and other life stressors.

My approach to therapy is authentic and collaborative. I bring an accepting, validating, and nonjudgmental attitude to therapy to help people deepen their understanding of themselves and develop compassion for themselves. I am also dedicated to helping individuals explore their values and identify how they can live lives that feel more authentic, meaningful, and joyful. I am passionate about the value of mindfulness and helping clients fully experience life in the present moment.
I am a registered psychology associate in Maryland under the supervision of Jon Gorman, PsyD, Licensed Psychologist.
